How To Order

We accept orders via this website and via our social media pages only. All orders placed are considered FINAL unless cancelled within 24 hours. You will receive an email containing our account details, kindy reply to that email with your proof of payment so we can confirm your order.

ON HAND

Same-Day Delivery: Orders will be shipped within 2–3 business days if you select this option.
Courier Delivery: Please allow 2–3 business days for us to prepare your package before shipping.

We currently ship via the following couriers: Gogo Express, J&T Express, and LBC

ARRIVING SOON

These items have already been purchased in Korea and are currently in transit to the Philippines. Estimated arrival times (ETAs) may vary for each product, so please refer to the individual product listings for specific details.

PRE-ORDER

All pre-orders are considered final. We’ll let you know right away if the item can’t be secured. In certain cases, a deposit may be required to proceed with your order and this will be indicated accordingly. Please note that some items may sell out quickly without prior notice, but don’t worry, if you’ve already paid in full, we’ll refund you 100%.

Aling Noona offers both On-Hand items and Pre-Order items for sale. Kindly check product descriptions for availability. If the item you're looking for isn't listed or is currently out of stock, feel free to place a pre-order or send us a message with your request.

At Aling Noona, we pride ourselves on offering only official merchandise and licensed products sourced directly from South Korea and shipped to the Philippines. Rest assured that every item listed on our website is 100% authentic and acquired through official and legitimate channels.

All our fanmade items and packages are lovingly designed and produced exclusively by Aling Noona. You won’t find these unique creations anywhere else!

Customer Care and Returns Policy

We strive to keep everyone happy by ensuring the quality of our products and delivering them in perfect condition. Rest assured, we carefully inspect items for damages before they leave Korea. However, please note that certain items are not covered by returns, exchanges, or warranties once they are outside of Korea.

Since most items are on a pre-order basis, we are unable to offer refunds or returns due to a change of mind. Please make sure you are certain about your purchase before placing an order as cancellations for pre-ordered items are not allowed.

Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued if the item ordered is sold out without prior notice.

Unboxing Guidelines
For your convenience and protection, please take an unboxing video when receiving your package. If there are any issues, notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item so we can address your concern promptly. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate concerns raised beyond this timeframe.

Payment Methods

Our website offers PayPal as a convenient online payment option. We also accept offline payments through bank deposits (BPI, BDO) and digital wallets such as GCash and Maya. Simply select your preferred payment method at checkout and you’ll receive an automated email with detailed instructions on how to complete your payment.

Please note that we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.
