How To Order

We accept orders via this website and via our social media pages only. All orders placed are considered FINAL unless cancelled within 24 hours. You will receive an email containing our account details, kindy reply to that email with your proof of payment so we can confirm your order.

ON HAND

All on hand items will be shipped within 2-3 business days if you opted for same day delivery. For delivery via courier, please give us 2-3 business days to prepare your package before we send via Gogo Express or JRS Express.

ARRIVING SOON

These are items that we have already purchased in Korea and are already in transit to PH. You may refer to each product listing for ETAs since arrival dates vary.

PRE-ORDER

We will only process your pre-ordered item/s once payment is received. In some cases, we will only require a deposit for us to proceed with the order, but as a general rule, we will only secure your order once we receive your payment in full. Please note that some items can be sold out without prior notice and we will issue a full refund once this happens.

Availability

Aling Noona offers both On-Hand items and Pre-Order items for sale. Kindly check product descriptions for availability. If you don't see the item that you want on our website or it's currently not on-hand, you may do a pre-order or send us a message with your requested items.

Authenticity Check

Aling Noona only offers official merchandise and licensed products ordered and shipped from South Korea to the Philippines. Rest assured that all items that you will see on our website are authentic and acquired through official and legitimate channels.

All our fanmade items and packages are exclusively designed & produced by Aling Noona.

Refund, Return and Exchanges

We like to keep everyone happy so we try our best to check for the quality of the products and deliver your items in perfect condition. There are certain items that are not covered by returns/exchanges nor warranty once they are already outside of Korea, so we make sure to check the items for damages before they leave Korea. Since most items are on a pre-order basis, we do not offer refunds and returns due to a customer's change of mind.

Please be sure of your intent to purchase before placing an order as we can not accept cancellations for pre-ordered items. Refunds are only issued in the event that the item ordered gets sold out without prior notice.

For your convenience, upon receipt of your package, kindly take an unboxing video for proof should there be any issue with your package. Kindly notify us within 48 hours so we can address your concern as soon as possible. We will not be able to entertain concerns beyond the said timeframe.

Payment Methods

Our website offers PayPal as a payment method. We also accept offline payments through bank deposits (BPI, BDO) and other payment gateways such as GCash and Paymaya. You can select the option at checkout and you will an automated email from us with details on how to pay for your order. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery.

Shipping and Handling

We send packages either via courier or via same day delivery. Please choose your preferred mode of shipping upon checkout.

We make sure that all items are securely packed before sending them out to customers.

For Group / Bulk Orders

We can offer special rates for bulk orders, depending on the products and availability. Kindly send us a message to inquire.

Privacy & Safety

Your privacy is of the highest importance to us, so all information you provide on our website will only be for transactional purposes. We may from time to time, send you an email with our new releases and special promotions, but you can opt out of it, should you wish to stop receiving our email communications.

We will not store your payment information, and we use third-party banking to verify your payment. For offline transactions, you will be contacted through SMS and Email via the contact details we provided here on our website to verify your transactions.
